40 Hour Hazardous Waste
Worker Training

This OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Worker Training program is designed for the unique needs of contractors who are being required to provide workers on job sites with incidental exposure to hazardous waste or materials. It is not intended for those workers who may be directly involved in hazardous waste remediation at federally regulated sites. This 40 Hour curriculum has been provided to hundreds of workers with such limited direct involvement in waste handling and removal.

The curriculum provides each student with five separate certificates of completion in: OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Worker, OSHA 10 Hour for Construction, Confined Space Entry Training, Excavation Competent
Person Training, and Red Cross CPR and First Aid. These additional training certificates provide additional value to the contractor for clients who may also require such additional training and certification.
