Michelle is a Human
Resources Consultant and Director of Administrative Services for
Network Safety Consultants, Inc. Her role as HR Consultant is to
provide clients with a wide range of services including development
of HR handbooks and related policies, conducting employee and
supervisory training programs, and assisting in solving employee
relations issues. As Director of Administrative Services, she
performs many of the behind the scenes activities of the
organization.
Michelle graduated
with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from
Northern Illinois University. Coursework included Employment Law, HR
Planning and Staffing, Training and Development, Compensation and
Benefits, Strategic Management, and Organizational Behavior. Prior
to joining Network Safety Consultants, she was a Front End Manager
for a large retail company for six years where many aspects of her
education were utilized to run a successful department. Michelle has
been with Network Safety since 2005.
